The agency does not guarantee work as ultimately, we are not the ones who selects you. Our job is to represent you and put you forward for work that suits your skill set. From there, the client or Casting Director will select who they want to audition or hire based on the suitability for the project
In line with our technology based operations, partners who are still undergoing the 5 months development program are represented by an online agent.
Upon successful completion of the 5 months Development program, our partners are assigned agent through our agency affiliate franchise within their geographic region agency. By actively promoting our partners we secure their professional services based on their skill set and experience.

InnerBLACK agency offers 2 types of contracts to our partner based on working experience and relationship between the agency and our partner. This contracts are non- exclusive and exclusive contracts
Nonexclusive contrast
This contract is available to all our new partner who signed up to become a partner of the agency. The non exclusive contract offered by the agency is divided into 2 phases which are talent development phase and professional services phase.
This contract allows the partners to be represented by other Agency or get work through third party agreements
Exclusive contracts
InnerBLACK agency exclusive contracts is reserved for and only given to agency professional after completion of compulsory one year non exclusive become a partner program.
Partners who are contracted exclusively to the agency can only be engaged in productions and projects on behalf of the agency.
Here, we offer a 1-year partnership program in the various categories as indicated on our platform. This program is in two phases; a 5-month talent development phase and a 7-months professional services phase.
Talent development phase
This is a 5-months buffer period that affords the agency a window to acquaint with the talent and know their level of professionalism before they can be engaged. This is a chance for the agency to establish a good working relationship with our partners.
Professional services phase
Having established a good working relationship with our creatives and ascertained their level of professionalism, in this phase, they can now be engaged to work for clients who seek their services and expertise.

Our Partnership Program offers professionals, agencies and brands a collaborative platform to showcase their craft and offer their services to a global clientele.
Our client services offer individuals, agencies and brands interested in engaging the expertise of our agency for the production of various creative projects and services.
once payment has been made and verified by the agency a mail will be sent to begin the onboarding of our new partner. innerblack offers a non exclusive contract to our new partner for a period of 1 year. This contract enables the partner access to various services depending on the specific needs of our partner .
innerblack e folio services is made available for a period of 5 months. this is to aid our partner successfully transition from a creative talent to a professional brand capable of offering various services on behalf of the agency.
Using our remote hiring / project management software we receive and review content produced by our partner and fill out their e folio to boast their profile as well as creating a direct channel for communication between partner and agency.
After 3 months, partners are required to choose from 5 services which are made available through our affiliate partner program. This services include

upon completion of 5 months talent development phase our partner is assigned to one of our affiliate partner to begin the professional phase of the contract.

The magazines showcases the jobs undertaking by our partners on behalf of the brand and we make use of this platform to advertise the creative abilities of the members of our community and also reviews from satisfied customer who appreciate the services that was rendered to them by the agency.
